A must read

Dr James Anthony’s report on the media in Fiji probably bought many people to tears. Not crying of sadness, but laughter. I wonder how much he got paid to produce that report and the racist vitriol in it. His communist sympathies are known among those who know his past well. The colonial authorities in the past knew of his troublemaking and were always well aware of any further actions

Regardless most readers would know whats in it.

A must read for all those out there is this response from the Fiji Times regarding the report. Its a fantastic read and brilliant in its tearing apart of his useless arguments.

Khaiyum brothers = obvious failure

You certainly could not do any worse than the retarded Khaiyum brothers who seem to want to join the ‘elite’ list of Fijian families.

I thought that Aiyaz was bad. Poor legal arguments, lack of experience and total blindness to the law. How can someone with a law degree fuck up badly on so many constitutional arrangements? His mindless rants against everybody just leaves you speechless. Wearing a sulu does not make you any more Fijian than you already think you are. Interesting he has been rather quiet lately. His only recent outburst was remarking that the State did not receive the order stopping the deportation of the Fiji Sun publisher Russell Hunter. He received it alright. The fax records will show this in due time.

But if things didn’t get any worse, Fiji gets beset with the other Khaiyum brother. Buy one, get one free. Oh wait, Riyaz is being paid a CEO’s salary. So I guess, buy one, get another for some more.

His latest behaviour regarding his journalists been taken to task over a story aired by them over the who Qiliho spokesman row is just disgraceful. The CEO is supposed to protect and defend their journalists to the utmost regarding their ability to air stories of national importance. But as the puppet he is, he went and crucified them and exonerated anyone from taking them to task.

Absolutely disgraceful. He is certainly not the resident ‘funny guy’ as his stint on Asia Downunder for TVNZ showed. He is cold, callous and his disregard for his own staff is just awful. His behaviour is one of a control freak who is driven to destroy a once respected media organisation.
Face it fuckwit. You were only hired because you would control the FBCL. Not because you would provided fair and balanced reporting. Your qualifications are hardly those for a top ranking CEO. The best don’t get hired, the ‘tardish’ and ‘puppets’ do.

Nye Perram QC - smooth as silk

I remember on holiday in Australia once seeing the ad for Thai Airways. Smooth as silk was the catchphrase.

Thats exactly how to describe Nye Perram QC. His arguments in front of the court in the case bought by Laisenia Qarase against the state were simply magnificent. His preparation and delivery is simply outstanding.

The lack of evidence in favour of the state has been bought across by a refusal by high ranking members of the junta to provide affidavits or testify in front of the court. They talk tough when not in a legal environment but they definitely are very scared of being ripped to shreds by Nye Perram. All the evidence they have is the scheming and back room dealings that Bainimarama orchestrated. Whenever Qarase overcame roadblocks and obstacles in the days before the coup, Bainimarama just put more in front of him. More evidence that was well documented in the media.

Also the ailing state of the President who obviously has not been doing his job (i.e. someone is talking in his place) or largely acquiesent to the junta’s demands has to be taken into account. How can the head of state, the most respected Fijian in the country, allow the military to take control of the government with poor legal precedent and no substance to the claims made. Thats the reason why the State lawyers just have absolutely no answer.

The mentally retarded lawyers representing the State just makes you laugh. Gerard McCoy QC who seems to be bringing up unusual counter-arguments with no substance and Guy Reynolds QC who seems to have come along for the ride. Christopher Pryde who will never return to New Zealand with any credibility who cannot string legal arguments together really begs more questions.

How much is the Fijian taxpayer paying for all these so called ‘hot shot’ lawyers who have just come along for the ride?

These lawyers who have joined the interim government are opportunists and have little credibility in New Zealand. They are nothing compared to the likes of Peter Williams QC who is representing one of the ‘attempted’ assassination plotters who is one of the top criminal lawyers in the New Zealand. This top ranking QC never even thought of joining such an illegal band of ‘tards’.

Bainimarama + Chaudhry = Dangerous Cocktail

I always thought that going to my local bar to get the latest concoction on offer was always a treat. All sorts.

The latest cocktail to hit Fiji (actually its been around for over a year) is just explosive. The molotov cocktail has nothing on these twos mixed, fuelled and bottled up.

Recently we learned that now the two military spokesmen have been fired (Qiliho and Aziz) and Bainimarama has taken over the role. He has overtaken ‘dirty’ Driti as Fiji’s jack of all trades. The recommendation by the military council to investigate Chaudhry definately irked the Chodopu$$ and conveniently he has a patsy in the wholly retarded Bainimarama. So he gets the “Ko Man Da” to remove the two meddling military council boys and put him in the role.

Its simply just to keep control of what goes out publicly. Chaudhry knows hes in a very precarious position and he needs control of what the government line is. So as his many tentacles keep spreading, so does his influence. Don’t believe for a minute that Bainimarama is controlling all these portfolios and roles for himself. Chaudhry is the pulling the strings and keeping the pressure up. He knows that Bainimarama’s temper is enough to make even little babies cry. So he uses his frequent outbursts against their common enemies as an advantage. Supression and evasion.

Supression - needs to keep the Vanua knocked down and leave bleeding. Its important for his sake that every avenue that the Fijians have to seek redress or get rid of him is blocked. Obviously Bainimarama has greater control over his minion troops than once thought. Chaudhry is using this direct link to have some sort of ‘out clause’. Bypassing the senior military leadership is important for him as their suspicion and plotting is dangerous. Keeping control of Bainimarama is his way of keeping his enemies at bay.

Evasion - the Chodopu$$ knows Bainimarama is thick as pig shit. When an issue pops up, he knows his ineptitude always gets the better of him and his tangential rantings is a great evasive tactic. By using Bainimarama’s childless rants about incitement, moving Fiji forward, corrupt lawyers and chiefs, Chaudhry escapes brutal criticism. The subject matter of the day becomes deflected and he can keep sticking his finger into the pie. Whenever the media ask the telling questions about the tax evasion, Bainimarama gets flared up and starts having a go at the journalists.

Except Fijians are not that stupid. They can see all these abuses, promulgations and flagrant violations of the laws are nailing ever more nails into the coffin.

The racist one is…

Apparently every Fijian is racist. That’s according to Bainimarama.

His promise not to let the Bose ni Turaga meet in the near future is a clear example of this. He reckons that violence and racist inciteful statements will be made. They just want to meet and have a chat over grog (well not that simple but you get my drift).

Lets face the real issue here.

The only one bringing race into the equation is Bainimarama and his sheep. They are the ones going on about reducing Fijian rights and bringing race into the equation. None of the good guys have mentioned race as a focal point for any of their speeches or statements. They have been calm, organised and dignified in their statements. Race has been made a focal point because Bainimarama uses it to justify why the normal Fijian cannot speak freely.

Meanwhile, that prick SP Tabakau keeps acting like he’s the SS Divisional Commander. He denied contacting Peter Waqavonovono about his personal details and telling him this ‘rally’ needed a permit. But we know how this guy wants to get into bed with Bainimarama so he goes and gets all aggressive with everyone. Again the argument will pop up this is a public demonstration and that violence and racism will be involved.

Once again the words ‘racist’ or ‘racism’ are echoed. But by the bloody idiots in power. And violence and threatening national security.

Shit, we don’t have the M16’s. You do.

Just keeps stepping in it

Too bad Bainimarama can never see what he’s stepping in. After reading and hearing today’s news, I can safely say this man has an IQ less that Forrest Gump. Remember Gump achieved a lot in his life and helped a lot of people. Unlike Mr Kiuva Fail.

Lets see:

1) Tells prominent Vanua to stop misleading indigenous Fijians - as if. They are the only ones keeping the delicate glue well bonded in this tough time. And anyway, you’ve done more to piss off the Vanua than anyone else. Trying to remove their rights, taking over the indigenous affairs portfolio, de-reserve native land, change the GCC and threaten high chiefs to name a few. All you need is a spark to ignite something big. Fortunately (or unfortunately), big man Bainimarama uses sparklers and runs around the indigenous peoples like he doesn’t care.

2) Tells lawyers he doesn’t want to meet with him - hey dude, whats the big deal with the inclusiveness. Discussing the issues. Getting together over some grog and talking about grassroots issues that affect the big picture. To be honest, he probably refused them because he would be absolutely humiliated by talking in front of them. He would start crying and ask his torture mate Driti to come and start some of his homoerotic sadomasochism on the legal fraternity. Personally this was an excellent opportunity to iron out some real big ticket items. But the FLS probably wanted a bit of laughter in their lives and decided to get Bainimarama to enable a live comedy show. Imagine the lawyers quoting case law and legislation and hearing Bainimarama answer each question with “I am the law”.

3) Tells everyone to cooperate with him or elections are goneburgers - please somebody give this guy a purple nurple. No one wants to cooperate with you because you have accused everyone of being corrupt, illegal or inciting pricks. If you’re nice to someone, you tend to get niceness in return. Unfortunately, he thinks the whole of Fiji are his battalions of inept, uneducated and peabrained soldiers. Take a hint. Most Fijians don’t like you and even more would like to see you strung up like Mussolini. Like the bloody traitor and enabler of murder he was. Insulting chiefs and telling them to go back to their villages.

Note, the chief is a vital link to the people. Insult them and chiefs will start badmouthing you. Stupid tard.

He also reckons that the indigenous Fijian will only have their traditional clothes and canoes if the Indians leave. They don’t want the Indian to leave. They want the things the way it used to be. Everyone got along without vendettas. Another thing. Every time a Fijian becomes successful or tries to make something of themselves, don’t put them down or try to make their lives a misery. If you do that, the average Fijian will prosper and everyone around them.

I am crying…

Not sad, but I’m in a pretty unstable laughing state.

When I got home from work, the first thing I saw on the Fiji Village headline page was:

Chaudhry sues Fiji Times for $1 billion

At that point, I couldn’t stop cracking up. I kept saying to myself “$1 billion, thats unpossible!”.

But believe it. If the Chodopu$$ hadn’t screwed Fiji over enough, he seeks to get/extort money off the Fiji Times. He’s not stupid. He knows who owns the Fiji Times and how much money he has.

I don’t think Mr. Murdoch takes kindly to people threatening his media empire. Jesus, some tin pot dictatorship wants in on my cash. Methinks, a war is on.

Chaudhry believe’s his reputation has been damaged so much that $1 billion will repair the damage. It will soothe the wounds and deep hurt it has caused. Pity that everyone he has declared a witch hunt on never got the chance to answer back. Or fight their case to get a $1 billion back.

*Breaks down in a laughing fit. Will be back in 5.

Phew. Thats over.

*Can’t help myself. $1 billion. Thats impossible. No, THIS IS CHODO!

OK I have calmed myself down. Gosh that took a while. The article mentions that the lawsuit will take to task any people who are involved in a conspiracy to damage their client with a view to weaken the interim government. Hey, thats not a crime by any stretch of the imagination. Its not a crime to weaken an illegal government. But regardless I think the Fiji Times did it to expose the tard he is.

They are also going to enquire whether the Fiji Times did their research or probe for the validity of the documents that were presented to them. How much evidence do you need? I’ve seen the documents and my gosh, you don’t need much more than that. Any two-bit investigator would say “You’re screwed son, try again”. The evidence speaks for itself and its damaging. I don’t think you can forge bank details and stuff like that. I know people who get involved in money counterfeiting but not income statement counterfeiting.

Apparently the SDL are involved. No surprises there. Apparently they are the physical incarnation of the devil in the eyes of the Chodopu$$. Too bad he didn’t look in the mirror. Oh right, he can’t. Because whenever he looks at a mirror, it smashes into tiny pieces. If he looks at the tiny pieces, they turn to dust.

Lastly, GP Lala would like to find out whether this attempt to damage Chaudhry is part of a grudge. Personal aninosity as it were.

Here’s a tip: The Fiji Times doesn’t hate you. Everyone does.

The vast majority of Fijians would like to see him hung upside down while been beaten with a pinata stick.

Dirty ‘Driti’ can’t help himself

The fantastic article by Soli Vakasama on Pita Driti’s little letter to the Fiji Times just left me in tears.

I don’t know whether to give him a hiding or just laugh at him. The Yanks direct a thinly veiled warning the way of the junta and Bart Simpson (note he took his hairstyle off an American cartoon kid) took objection. Yeah, you try and threaten a country that could turn Fiji into a carpark or glass bowl. I think the average Fijian takes exception to an unrepresented buffoon saying the U.S. should bugger off. Especially after Bainimarama went in with such high hopes in those high level talks.

He was probably thinking: “These Americans aren’t that clever. I’m sure I can pull a fast one. I fooled a few here, maybe I can fool a few over there.”

Mr Davies was probably thinking: “Oh god, not this dickhead again. Please put a bullet through my head for I don’t want to listen to his crazy Hitler talk and building a better Fiji. If he’s trying to build a better Fiji, he is one shitty carpenter.”

I’m not sure whether he wrote this himself. It seems that poem of this intellectual standing is too much for someone who likes squeezing other men’s testicles for his own sadomasochist pleasure. He probably found some 10 year old kid on the street who obviously has a higher IQ then him and told him to write it.

Or else barracks is the word for this poor kid.

Here is the link to the article: Goodness

The poem is posted below for your viewing (or laughing pleasure):

Powerful Eagle

Oh USA the powerful “Eagle” to you democracy is fair and the answer to life’s quandaries.

Oh USA the powerful “Eagle” to invade Iraq and the present daily loss of lives is fair.

Your own young lives wasted in the battle field of a foreign land and with the innocent, die everyday.

Perhaps for democracy or perhaps for oil.

Oh USA the powerful “Eagle” only you can invade another sovereign nation.

But it is for democracy you the big powerful “Eagle” are always quick to declare.

To an eagle there are no boundaries;

To hunt is the eagle for whatever the spoil;

For the nest is important and as for the oil.

Oh USA the powerful “Eagle” you rule the skies and beyond the horizon are your dreams.

The whole world to rule as the eagle spreads its wings.

Oh USA who then are we, the weaker nations, to dare?

God bless Fiji.

P. Driti

Legalising the Gestapo

You heard it today in the Fiji Village.

The goons in power are sick of no one caring about how powerful or omnipotent they are.  So what do they do?

They form a Security Council and the Fiji Intelligence Services.

The first isn’t really a biggie since the Military Council is it by proxy.  They make policy decisions for everyone and decide who is to stay free and who is not.

The second scares me a lot. An intelligence service formed the junta to look after Fiji’s security. Of course it will be used to monitor people en masse and keep everybody scared. Thats what the Gestapo did in Nazi Germany. Thats what the STASI did in East Germany.

Now an intelligence service is not a bad thing. Intelligence services around the world seek to protect their countries by monitoring threats and activities. But with the way Fiji’s junta is going, they are going to create it for the sole purpose of supressing the Fijian people. They have their undercover soldiers walking around sticking their big ugly noses into everyone elses business. This is formalising that into a more sinister organisation.

I noted the words from Mr Epeli “$50″ Ganilau.

“to concentrate on national security matters like espionage, sabotage, seditious intentions, foreign intervention and terrorism.”

Espionage - like planning and plotting to overthrow the government in December 2006.

Sabotage - like planning and plotting to overthrow the government in December 2006

Seditious intentions - like planning and plotting to over…………..Oh you get the idea!

Trust me, don’t believe this was well planned. Since the revelations made by the major newspapers regarding Chaudhry’s tax evasion, this would be a perfect fit for the Security Council and intelligence service. It would allow them to monitor, contain and inflict severe punishment on their enemies or whenever someone wanted to break a story regarding their unscrupulous dealings.

Fijians watch out. This is possibly the start of something really bad.

You need a bloody hiding - TWF

I said it to the interim Prime Minister. I just made threatening and inciteful comments against him. Where is Teleni with his force to come and take me to task? If you don’t get my title, see today’s Fiji Village.

I can’t believe the people like Bubu, SV and the rest have been blogging from Fiji, yet the so called crackdown against bloggers hasn’t even found them. Try and find me you fuckwits.

But back to the story at hand. In all his wisdom, the interim Prime Minister has said that Bose ni Turaga (BT) cannot have their meeting to discuss theKrishnamurthi report, mahogany harvesting and landowner returns. Apparently they need a permit to hold it because it a public rally.

Just try and step on these chiefs, you nub. This is the Vanua flexing their muscle against the RFMF and interim government’s nonsense. So as soon as he hears there will be less than positive things said, he readies his goons with their M16’s ready to fire on their OWN chiefs. How can a meeting inside a building and conference centre be a public rally? Its an organised meeting of a organised group who seek to discuss issues. Not protest or anything.

Trust me, Bainimarama is doing this to prove a point but doesn’t realise the repurcussions. He has no idea how influential and guiding the chiefs of Fiji are. Somewhere in his mind, he is deluding himself. He thinks that because he usurped the GCC, that no one cares about their chiefs. Or everyone will suddenly flock to him to look for guidance.

Yeah right. The Fijian never will forget their chiefs and their guiding/spiritual influence. Trample and hurt them and you might find the RFMF facing their own people.
